Description
1 实施有效的和合规的质量策略以获得NMPA、EMA和FDA监管部门的批准。
2 确保持续改进的质量管理体系得到有效执行，以符合国外和国内法规机构要求。
3 为实施和维护GMP标准提供支持和指导。与生产和其他相关部门共同确保设施、设备和操作符合公司方针、质量目标和国内和国际法规要求。
4 确保所有的QC实验室计算机系统、测试仪器，设备，标准、程序和适用的GMP文件的建立，实施和持续维护是符合法规要求的以及处于可随时被检查的状态。
5 确保按时提供为年度产品回顾/复杂的调查所需的QC数据。
6 在管理的范围内负责监督变更，OOS调查和纠正预防措施有关的活动以确保这些活动按时和准确地完成。
7 确保产品相关的报告，例如稳定性报告，年度产品质量回顾在规定的时间内完成。
8 确保原辅料、包装材料、中间产品、待包装产品和成品符合经注册批准的要求和质量标准。
9 确保在产品放行前完成对批记录的审核。
10 确保完成所有必要的检验。
11 批准质量标准、取样方法、检验方法和其他质量管理的操作规程。
12 审核和批准所有与质量有关的变更。
13 确保所有重大偏差和检验结果超标已经过调查并得到及时处理。
14 确保所有与产品质量有关的投诉已经过调查，并得到及时、正确的处理。
15 确保完成产品的持续稳定性考察计划，提供稳定性考察的数据。
16 确保完成产品质量回顾分析。
17 审核和批准产品的工艺规程、操作规程等文件。

Profile
对cGMP和其他法规标准有充分的认识，有GMP管理及认证经验。能够激励员工，留住人才。精通质量保证，质量控制、数据完整性，风险管理，验证/确认/试运行。
性格特质：认真；勤勉，以结果为导向，改进意识，有团队精神
个人技能：团队建设技能、跨职能沟通技巧、善于表达及倾听。
教育背景：学士及以上学历。
专业：药学、生物化学、生物技术、制药工程、化学或分析化学等相关专业。
语言技能：熟练的英语写作及口语交流能力
计算机能力：熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件。
工作经验：至少5年质量管理和至少10年制药行业工作经验。
跨国公司工作经验：具有5年以上跨国公司工作经验者优先。
