Responsibilities and main tasks:



Demand planning Function:

1)       Analyze sales historical data and work out future demand forecast by IBP system support.

2)       Through demand review meeting to align consensus demand with commercial teams (sales for normal SKU and MKT for new products).

3)       Weekly regional warehouse stock transfer plan.

4)       Pre-alerts to commercial teams on any shortage or overstock or short shelf-life stock.

5)       DP related reporting or presentation prepare.

Supply planning Function:

6)       Work out purchase plan to fulfill demand plan and following purchase order tracking until sellable in warehouse.

7)       Work with suppliers to find solutions if there is any supply gap, and pre-alert to commercial teams.

8)       Supplier performance management (OTIF, freshness, claims) and follow up improvement actions with suppliers.

9)       Work on importation strategy for best cost and operation efficiency.

10)    SP related reporting or presentation prepare.



Management Function:

11)    Use collaboration working way to tackle issues with cross function teams to achieve company goals.

12)    Lead or participant in projects management which being assigned.

Requirements:

- More than 6 years demand planning and supply planning experience.

- SAP/MRP system experience is required. IBP system experience is preferred.

- Working experience in food industry or FMCG is required, shelf life management experience is preferred.

- Basic knowledge about importation business flow is needed. Forwarder management experience is preferred.

- Project management experience is preferred.

- Sensitive to data and clear logical thinking.

- Good communication skill and influence skill, cross functional teams management skill.

- Positive attitude, be proactive, can work under pressure, eager to learn and quick learner.

- Good English in both oral and written.
