1.Processing the purchase parts complaints in accordance to the procedures
2.Initiating, coordinating and organizing the necessary rework and sorting in consultation with internal departments and the suppliers. Inform the supplier about potential costs
3.Responsible to initiate ACL1 and ACL2 according the process description
4.Management of not conforming purchased parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.)
5.Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or by the project team
6.Collect the complaint related costs (e.g. in SAP/Q220 order) including all documents (e.g. invoices, test reports, etc.)
7.Negotiate NQE chargebacks with the supplier
8.Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing
9.Perform 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g. in SAP)
10.Lead of supplier development program
11.Plan, conduct and follow up supplier audit VDA 6.3 as certified second party auditor
12.Release of ISIR/PPAP (valid for GL and GH) respectively ISIR handover (valid for GL, GH, GE)
13.Plan and conduct incoming inspection for purchased parts including documentation (e.g. in SAP) (considering input from QPD)
14.Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchased parts
15.Initiating escalation
16.Support in case of supplier relocations (existing supplier A to existing supplier B) and Hella outsourcing (Hella to external supplier) in series production where applicable
17.Performing training for problem solving methods (8D, 5why, Ishikawa,…) for suppliers
18.Lead of improvement programs for global OtD processes
19.Initiate and lead Q-alerts (coordinator)
20.Responsible to initiate and to follow up escalation level 1 (level 2)
