工作职责:
Summary：
As an inhouse legal counsel based in Shanghai HQs, the role will advise multiple commercial, regulatory and corporate matters, reporting to Legal head.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, and developing and maintaining sound templates thereof that meet laws, company’s standards and commercial objectives, and proposing appropriate legal & managerial solutions to support new initiatives and projects in company’s global business and operation
· Developing, delivering and improving contract T&C and other legal documentation processes and policies to assure operational completion, efficiency and compliance
· Monitoring and advising on legal and regulatory developments that impact or aid company’s global operation
· Driving, dedicating, implementing company’s compliance programs, policies, processes, and assisting compliance team in dealing with trainings, audits or investigations
· Managing various legal proceedings, and coordinating legal matters handled by outside counsels
· Developing and delivering training to non-legal staff regarding legal, IP, compliance knowledge and corporate rules
· Assuming supporting and/or approval jobs relating to compliance management
· Other jobs assigned from time to time
任职资格:
Minimum Thresholds
(1) JD/LLM law degree obtained in an elite USA college (at least one and half years physically consecutive curriculum in USA);
(2) Bachelor law degree obtained in either a “9XX” university in China or a “五院四系” university in China or a global-renowned college in other jurisdictions (four years physically consecutive curriculum in China or other jurisdiction);
(3) Admitted to a state bar in USA; and,
(4) Three years’ post-graduation experience (minimum of a two-years consecutive employment by one employer)

· Prior experience in the medical industry or Being adept at cross-border international business or inter-state business in USA will serve a great advantage; and basic knowledge and exposure of medical compliance will be a plus
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and common office software like MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio
· Exceptional attention to detail, Advanced analytical skills in legal research,
