1.Responsible for leading the establishment of BorgWarner Charging business in Asia aftermarket service network to support sales market development and maintenance.
负责领导建立博格华纳充电业务在亚洲地区的售后服务网络，为销售市场开拓和维护提供支持。
2.Responsible for the reasonable deployment of internal and external resources to meet customer requirements for after-sales service.
负责根据客户对售后服务的需求，合理调配内、外部资源满足客户要求。
3.Responsible for guiding the team to analyze the performance of various products in the market of the factory, and cooperating with R&D, Quality and other departments to promote the improvement and optimization of product quality and functions.
负责指导团队对工厂各类产品在市场上的表现进行分析，协同研发、质量等部门推动产品质量、功能的提升和优化。
4.Responsible for the development of Asian charging pile after-sales service standard system, promote the implementation of standards in China; At the same time, cooperate with the global after-sales service team to promote the internationalization of after-sales service standards.
负责制定亚洲地区充电桩售后服务标准体系，推动标准在国内的执行；同时与全球的售后服务团队进行合作，推进售后服务标准国际化。
5.Responsible for establishing efficient performance appraisal system within the department and improving the internal management level of the department.
负责在部门内部建立高效的绩效考核体系，提升部门内部管理水平。
6.Other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements/Qualifications:要求/资格
1.Technical secondary school or above; Major in mechatronics or electrical related
本科及以上学历;机电一体化或电气相关专业优先
2.Have a matured experience in auto industry or industrial electric product, such as central air conditioner, power generator, elevator, etc. Have an international vision.
有成熟的汽车行业或工业电器产品经验，如中央空调、发电机、电梯等。同时具有国际化视野
3.At least 5 years working experiences in EV charging, experienced in after-sales service team management. Foreign company or global after-sales service experience is preferred.
5年以上充电桩售后服务团队管理经验，有外企或全球售后服务经验者优先
4.Fluent in English dictation and oral communication
英语听写流利，口语交流顺畅
5.Good command of Office
熟练使用Office办公软件
