Day to Day Responsibilities:
Implement and improve SHE Management System. Promote SHE culture in plant.
Collect SHE law and regulations to produce compliance assessment and provide relevant training.
Communicate with global SHE team, organize and implement global SHE programs to meet global SHE policy.
Organize and support the SHE regulations compliance work of project, e.g. Three Simultaneities of safety facility, industrial hygiene and environmental facility.
Establish safety responsibility system and standard operation procedure. Co- work with leadership to set up SHE goals and performance assessment plan.
Supervise high risk work management, like LOTO, work at height, hot work, confined space, hoisting etc.
Deliver SHE training to improve SHE awareness and abilities.
Proactively identify hazards and environmental factors, organize risk assessments and develop hazard control practices and programs.
Improve contactor safety management practice.
Hazardous chemical management for purchasing、storage、usage and disposal.
Conduct industrial hygiene management; establish PPE standards, occupational risk assessment, monitoring and physical examination.
Supervise the PDP execution, hazardous waste management, environmental facility running and carry out the pollution monitoring.
Organize to carry out safety deficiency inspection.
Organize or take part in investigation for accidents or incidents.
Make emergency response plan and organize emergency drill, supervise emergency facilities and equipment inspection.
Audit and review of SHE management system.
Organize SHE cultural activities, SHE committee meeting and best practice sharing.
Liaison with government authorities and apply for relevant permit of SHE.


Education & Experience：
Bachelor or above; major in Environmental, safety engineering or related
Certified safety engineer, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor
4-7 years’ working experience in SHE or related area
Experience for machinery safety，hazardous chemical management, high risk work management is preferred
Working experience in multinational is a plus

Good ability to develop written report, good presenter
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skill
