该岗位负责地产类客户法务对接工作，要求必须具备投资收并购项目经验，无经验无法考虑
岗位职责
1、根据公司要求统筹区域内所有项目的法务管理工作，包括地产、文旅、建设等行业客户业务的诉讼及非诉业务:
2、对公司重大经营决策给出法律意见，并对相关法律风险提出防范意见:参与投资、收并购等重大项目合同的谈判、起草、审核:
3、主责公司合同中所发生的重要或复杂案件，进行协商、调解、仲裁、诉讼，协助律所处理各类事务
4、负责法律相关的外部资源单位管理及法务条线内部团队的管理工作:
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历法学专业，通过司法考试:
2.10年以上公司法、诉讼相关工作经验，5年以上地产行业经验，熟悉相关法律法规;
3.有过地产公司全流程开发及收尾的法务工作处理经验:.具有投资收并购项目操作经验
