 Responsible for the continuous improvement and the proper maintenance of the plant technology.
 Ensures implementation of relevant internal & external standards.
 Takes part into the development of specific products based on customer needs.
 Allocate and manage the technical resources (Human resources) in own scope
 Write technical specifications for raw materials purchase and participates in quality actions (supplier audits, quality meetings, customers’ inspections…).
 Set up internal standardization system and implement it into daily operations, coordinate with Nexans representatives in external standardization committees.
 Analyses new product proposals
 Process improvement on the new product development
 Develop localization product in China
 Set up new product related testing, improve testing ability and know-how
 Support to production/sales & marketing/new investments/purchasing and quality control
 Ensure proper documentation is updated and he/she formalizes and transmits his/her know-how.

Requirement：
 Education: University degree above. Master Degree is a plus. Major in Materials/Cable is preferred.
 Experience: Over 10 years of cable design and application with at least 5 years
