Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee Visa/employment pass applications liaising with local government regulations to ensure requirements are met and applications submitted in a timely manner;
• Provide expert advice on the application and appeal process for Visa/employment passes;
• Manage the process of Expat Staffs’ work permits, residence permits and local social insurances application and renewal;
• Maintain Staff filing to ensure personal filings are in full and completion;
• Register expats into group international insurance scheme and familiar with the clauses and service to be able to provide basic assistance to expats for medical needs in China;
• Track HR and Admin expenses on a monthly basis and proactively seek solutions to control the costs within the annual budget;
• Assist on office and employee events organized by HR with other team members;
• Any other job tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Management or related disciplines;
- 3~5 years working experience in HR & Admin function;
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently;
- Fluent in both written and verbal English. Able to work in an English-speaking environment.
- Good at Microsoft Office
