1.提交、更新销售报告
Submit / update business report(s)；

2.与工厂确认交期、订单执行情况，追踪销售合同的执行等
Communicate with the manufacturing facilities for determining deliveries and order；Support in executing the sales contracts

3.准确地处理客户的交易，如报价，订单或退货
Accurately process customer transactions such as quotes, orders or returns.

4.销售合同及客户档案维护；
Maintain customer files and sales contracts

5.协助销售团队制作招标文件
Assist in making tender documents for the sales group;

6.很强的客户服务意识与沟通能力，工作认真负责，有责任感，
Strong customer service and communication skills, highly responsible for the position

7.具备招投标、合同法、金融学、工商管理等基本知识
Basic knowledge of biding, contract law, finance, business administration

8.两年以上相关工作经验；
2+ years’ experience

9.需要良好的人际关系，沟通和写作技巧，良好的书面英语能力
Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills in English are required

10.随时接受上级领导交派的其它工作和项目等
Performs other duties and projects assigned per the direction of the Manager
