Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall management of general store operation including but not limited to material in/out movement, inventory control and productivity improvement
2. Work closely with Production Department to provide timely support
3. Ensure daily activities compliance with ISO standard and prevailing company polices & rules such as material receiving, kitting, stock ledger and finish good delivery
4. Enhance store’s productivity by continuously minimize internal material lead time
5. Comply with health & safety requirements in terms of local statutory rules and company policies
6. Provide periodical staff training and development related to departmental workflows & procedures, health & safety, ISO requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or above, major in Logistics is preferred
2. At least 10 years’ relevant experience in electronics manufacturing industry including at least 5 years in managerial position
3. Effective communicator, strong leadership and interpersonal skill
4. Well organized, able to identify potential risks and provide effective and timely solutions
5. Proficiency in computer skills
6. Good commend of spoken and written English
7. Knowledges of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000, ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS standards
