What you will do:
1. Conducting Business Development (BD) work for ESG and Carbon Emission Management consulting business, ability of transforming customer issues and business challenges into consulting business opportunities, guide customer on needs clarification, solution development till sign business contract with customer.
2. Drafting of business proposals, developing competitive solutions to address customer’s business pain points with added value for the customers.
3. Monitoring and deeply understand the dynamics related to ESG and Carbon Emission management, including industry regulation, development trend, Industry policies, to build market-oriented solutions with market competitiveness, including ESG report, Decarbonization and digitalized solutions.
4. Development of differentiated solutions based on deep understanding of competitor offerings, consistently enhance BE China solutions in the market.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (Master is an advantage)
2. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in sustainability and ESG report in consulting firms, with more than 5 years client facing experience, strong ability of pre-sales, proposal development and solution pitching.
3. 8-10 years of decarbonatization related solution development and project implementation experience, In-depth knowledge of carbon emission management in manufacturing industry, automotive experience with be an advantage.
4. Demonstrate strong BD ability in ESG, Carbon Emission Management will be needed.
5. Exhibit passion, dedication, and ability to perform under stress.
