Key responsibility:
1. Work closely with internal functions (brand marketing, hospital sales team, medical affairs etc.) to lead development of category’s expert marketing strategies, annual operating plans and medical education content, lead team to execute key initiatives as appropriate to achieve continued company growth.
2. Lead category execution of global expert marketing strategy and key programs with ongoing input from China. (Global brands)
3. Work closely with brand marketing to develop category portfolio and annual/long-range strategic plan with ongoing input from expert marketing.
4. Drive innovative ways/model upon market and policy to help disseminate experts impact as part of the scientific exchange
5. Oversee effectiveness of category’s expert marketing programs/initiatives including success tracking criteria. Manage expense within product line and all associated financial forecasting requirements of category’s expert marketing.
6. Leverage internal functions and external partners to expand the expert category awareness among targets through innovation projects and cross-channel cooperation.
7. Lead team to build strong relationships with key customers and external partners, drive strong engagement with top experts/KOLs in related category.


Qualification:
More than 10 year pharmaceutical marketing experience cross multi-category in MNC.
Master pharmaceutical Government policy, change management, business growth sense.
Hold the characters of strategic thinking, strong growth mindset and innovative thinking.

1. Strong in building expert strategy to realize company business strategy in complexed business model
2. Good connection of top KOL to create strong expert impact
3. Innovation/agility of expert model upon market and policy
4. Take accountability, build team spirit and be honest.
