岗位职责：
1. 组织制定并审核设备AM/PM/LLF、保养标准和计划，并实施跟踪。
2. 制定过程质量控制点的设备维护标准和计划，配合生产部门、质量部门开展质量改善的设备技术改造升级。
3. 建立维修SOP，组织制定并审核设备大修计划与实施，执行并完善设备管理体系。
4. 建立并定期维护生产设备档案、备品备件、固定资产生命周期管理。
5. 设备故障分析、AM/PM/LLF执行效果评估及统计分析。
6. 制定设备维修费用预算并监控预算使用。
7. 组织开展内外部设备操作技能培训。
8. 组织车间改造、设备技术升级及改善项目实施，执行节能减排项目的评估及实施。
9. 对下属进行工作安排，提供指导培训，进行绩效评估，并进行能力发展和职业发展指导，建立高效团队。
10. 设备相关文件编制和整理，跨部门及相关供应商协调与沟通。

任职资格：
1. 学历：本科学历，工程、食品工程或相关专业。
2.工作经历：5年以上快速消费品制造业维修管理工作经验，饮料行业优先;有饮料设备项目管理或维护工作经验。
3. 个人技能：
-设备维护保养技能；
-电脑办公系统和CAD；
-领导力；
-跨职能沟通能力。
4. 资质证书：电工证。


Responsibilities:
1. Organize the development and review of equipment AM/PM/LLF, maintenance standards and plans, and implement tracking.
2. Develop equipment maintenance standards and plans for process quality control points and cooperate with production and quality departments to carry out quality improvement equipment technical transformation and upgrading.
3. Establish a maintenance SOP, organize the development and review of equipment overhaul plans and implementation, execute, and improve the equipment management system.
4. Establish and regularly maintain production equipment archives, spare parts, and fixed asset lifecycle management.
5. Equipment fault analysis, AM/PM/LLF execution effect evaluation and statistical analysis.
6. Develop equipment maintenance cost budgets and monitor budget usage.
7. Organize training on internal and external equipment operation skills.
8. Organize the implementation of workshop renovation, equipment technology upgrade, and improvement projects, and evaluate and implement energy-saving and emission reduction projects.
9. Arrange work for subordinates, provide guidance and training, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance on ability development and career development to establish an efficient team.
10. Compile and organize equipment related documents, coordinate and communicate across departments and relevant suppliers.

Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, engineering, Food engineering or related.
2. Work experience:
-Minimum 5 years working
