Job Description:

1、根据公司业务战略需求,负责进行组织架构搭建、岗位职级梳理、薪酬方案制定及绩效评估等工作的推进执行,并根据业务发展需求进行不断优化完善。

1. Responsible for the implementation and optimization of organizational structure, job classification, compensation scheme development, and performance evaluation based on the company's business strategic needs, and continuously improve them according to the development requirements of the business.

2、协助部门负责人进行公司整体人力资源相关管理制度、工作流程的标准化建立及回顾。

2. Assist the department head in standardizing and reviewing the company's overall human resources-related management systems and work processes.

3、完善公司人才标准体系、职位职级体系,实施年度人才发展项目,组织与个人绩效管理、职位职级评估、任职资格及晋升等,并对结果进行有效应用。

3. Improve the company's talent standard system and job classification system, implement annual talent development projects, organize and implement individual performance management, job classification assessment, qualification, and promotion, and effectively apply the results.

4、完善内部人才绩效与激励机制,能够灵活应用机制与文化体系,激活组织人才,提升组织效能,制定各部门人效改善对策。

4. Perfect the internal talent performance and incentive mechanism, flexibly apply the mechanism and cultural system, activate organizational talents, enhance organizational effectiveness, and formulate improvement countermeasures for the efficiency of various departments.

5、负责人事代理商日常的工作对接及服务标准的监管,及COE相关外部供应商的引入及管理。

5. Be responsible for the daily work docking with personnel agents and supervision of service standards, as well as the introduction and management of external suppliers related to COE.

Job Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, business administration, or related fields.

2、5年以上人力资源从业经验,有跨国公司COE体系搭建经验优先。

2. More than 5 years of experience in human resources, with priority given to those with experience in establishing a COE system in a multinational company.

3、有跨国公司薪酬体系设计经验及销售团队激励体系设计经验。

3. Have experience in multinational company salary systems and incentive systems for sales teams.

4、具备良好的组织、沟通、协调能力和较强的执行力,可承受一定工作压力。

4. Possess good organizational, communication, coordination skills, and strong execution ability, able to work under pressure.

5、熟悉人力资源管理相关法律法规,具有风险管控意识。

5. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on human resources management, with a sense of risk control.

6、具备良好的英语办公能力,能够处理英文文档和邮件。

6. Possess excellent English office skills, able to handle English documents and emails.
