QUALIFICATIONS:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Lead Quality Department, Responsible for total quality system management, Management Representative of IATF16949/ISO14001. To build up first time right and 0 defect quality culture through continuous and comprehensive improvement in TQM at ECD.
2. To ensure all the parts produced to meet acceptable quality standards by various quality controls and continuously drive quality improvement to meet customer expectation.
3. Responsible for the Problem-Solving process for both internal issues and customer complaints ensuring they are managed in due time and utilize robust RPS/8D reports.
4. Ensures the collaboration of Project Quality and Production Quality for the new project hand over process to ensure that new projects fulfill the quality requirements of the plant.
5. Responsible to track the plant operations quality objectives and monitor internal quality performance and trigger corrective action in case of deviation.

6. Responsible for customer, internal and external management system audits. To lead & organize the investigation, correction, and verification accordingly.
7. To develop and manage supplier quality to fulfill Rogers and customer requirements.
8. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Mechanical Engineering or related science
2. 5 years above management experiences in whole QA function in Auto industry
3. Solid experiences with quality culture enhancement, statistics process control and continuous improvement
4. Familiar with ISO/IATF 16949 and good application of APQP, PPAP, DOE etc.
5. Good ability to coach, and lead individuals and teams
6. Strong communication skills both in English & Chinese
7. High accountability and leadership skill
8. Master’s degree is preferred
9. Certified Black belt is preferred
