Our business covers the Siemens ecosystem and implements in a wide range of sectors. We maintain long-term relationships with hundreds of manufacturers and channels to help companies upgrade their equipment, digital transformation and sustainable development.
We have two legal entities in China: Siemens Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. which provides financial leasing services, and Siemens Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. which provides factoring services. In addition, we also have offices in major cities to serve our customers nationwide.

For our Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us drive Marketing initiatives within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

* Applying highly developed expertise and project management skills in self-initiating, developing, and driving marketing programs to completion.
* Designing and implementing internal and external communication plans.
* Taking charge of crafting engaging bilingual content that resonates with the target audience, including, but not limited to successful cases, newsletters, marketing campaign copy writing, and news releases of key events.
* Developing video story lines, collaborating with team members for interviewing and clipping, and ensuring a qualified outcome.
* Leading the agency to maintain the We-chat platform and regular posts.
* Working closely with Business Development and Sales partners to define value-added needs and devise marketing initiatives.
* Supporting the localization of global marketing initiatives.
* Supporting event execution.
* Performing other ad hoc tasks as required.

Your defining qualities

* Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing preferred.
* Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English.
* 2 years related experience in marketing or communications or hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns are highly preferred.
* Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industry knowledge and tools.
* Data-driven, self-motivated, with analytical skills and attention to details.
* Strong PowerPoint proficiency, professional fluency in English.
