The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. This role demands a customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of low voltage Lead Acid and Lithium-ion battery solutions. Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients across Germany, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

*Understanding client needs and ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed expectations.

*Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.

*Collaborating with the Business Development team to support new client acquisition efforts.

*Managing contract renewals and negotiations with clients.

*Resolving any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

*Providing clients with product information and updates.

*Preparing regular reports on client account health and revenue growth.
