We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive PR Executive with excellent
communication skills to join our team. The PR Executive will be responsible for managing
and implementing the brand’s communicatin plan and strategies to enhance our brand's
visibility and reputation. This role requires a can-do attitude, strong media relationships,
and exceptional writing skills in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in French is a plus but
not nessesary
Responsibilities:
1、Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to promote our
brand, products, and initiatives.
2、Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and
influencers to secure media coverage and strategic partnerships.
3、Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials in both Chinese and English,
ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
4、Proactively seek and identify media opportunities, such as interviews, features, and
speaking engagements, to showcase our brand and key messages.
5、Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reports and insights to
stakeholders.
6、Organize and coordinate press & VIP events, product launches, and media interviews,
ensuring smooth execution and maximum media exposure.
7、Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and content
creation, to align PR efforts with overall brand strategy.
8、Respond to media inquiries and manage any potential crisis situations, ensuring timely
and accurate communication.
9、Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in PR
and media relations.
10、 Assist in managing PR budgets, tracking expenses, and evaluating the effectiveness of
PR campaigns.
Qualifications:
1、 Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2、 Proven experience in PR and media relations, with a strong track record of securing
media coverage.
3、Excellent communication skills, with exceptional writing abilities in both Chinese and English.
4、Strong media relationships and a comprehensive understanding of media landscapes
and trends.
5、Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative PR strategies.
6、Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work
independently.
7、Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
8、 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and
external stakeholders.
9、Knowledge of digital PR and social media trends is a plus
