Project Controlling:
• Ensuring coherence with Financial Guideline and Standards, policies and procedures (PM@Siemens), and make adoption to respective processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Legal, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, HR, etc.) to help them manage their financial goals and drive better efficiency and productivity on bids proposals and ongoing projects.
Financial Business Partner for Solution
• Responsible for the financial management, including the preparation, controlling, forecasting, and reporting of projects.
• Support and manage the financial month end closing, project backlog forecasting and planning for all the financial issues related to the income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Cash Flow, NCE, P&L, Balance Sheet Analytics & Variance Reporting.
• Cost Center controlling and variance analysis.
• leading in the automation of project financial reports and forecasting process using dashboards, and digital tools like, Power BI, Tableau, Python, etc. A good understanding of predictive analytics, big data mining, statistics, modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence is also desired.
• Analyze variances from plans/forecast and recommend actions to maintain and/or improve performance.
• Asset Management, Accounts Receivable Analysis, Provisions &Accruals Analysis, CIE/BIE Analysis, Journal Entries.
• Involved in month& quarterly & yearly end close activities to ensure revenue and profit declarations are properly recognized
Other Responsibilities
• Support internal & external project audits as required, and perform project close out activities
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.

• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor or advanced degree in a finance related field
• 3-5 years of experience working in a project based business in a controlling or project finance related position
• General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management
• Experience working on project teams supporting multiple projects and project managers / product line managers
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments
• Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities
• SAP and SAP Business Warehouse
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – with advanced Excel skills
• English skills are a must.
