1. Experience in international grocery business, O2O , e-commerce , retail business
2. Support the setting and roll out of yearly strategy, & OKR
4. Drive cross-functional alignment on key business initiatives
5. Monitor and evaluate a variety of division initiatives
6. Must have excellent analytics and presentation skills
7. Self-motivation, initiative and a strong sense of urgency
8. Fluent in English, Chinese. Spanish is a plus, based in Beijing, capable of travelling to Mexico.
