Senior Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and drive projects by working independently or working in cross-border teams with ARC Group's other offices.
• Collect and analyses data through interviews, surveys, desk research, or other methods depending on the project's scope, nature, and requirements.
• Carry out relevant analysis according to project requirements and scope.
• Prepare project report and present presentations for our clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of management consulting experience in an international setting
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, auditing, CSR related fields.
• A proactive team player with the ability to both work in teams as well as independently on project-based analysis and business assessments.
• A very strong business sense with a logical and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, while also maintaining a good and highly professional relationship with our clients.
• Good communication, writing and speaking, in English.
• Excellent Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
