Job Summary:
1. Responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium size accounts, inside account management or supporting a Global or Regional Program Manager with one account in core client-facing responsibilities to include but not limited to customer service, data preparation and analysis, business plan and customer metrics management, client reviews, reporting, projects, surveys, and technology.
Customer Service / Maintain Relationships:
1. Monitor customer feedback and service level in all markets
2. Identify and resolve issues
3. Communicate updates and escalate when necessary
4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts
Data Preparation and Analytics:
1. Research and gather data / information
2. Analyze and create reports
3. Problem Solving
4. Review and resolve discrepancies, i.e. credit card reconciliation
5. Communicate resolutions in a timely fashion
Client Reviews & Business Plans:
1. Working with customer to either develop business plan or support the execution of the plan, when applicable
2. Gather information / data
3. Analyze and develop plans
4. Prepare reporting and presentations
Ad hoc management reports:
1. Request, gather, and create information for designated or customized reports
Projects
1. Participate in projects, i.e. implementations, RFP
Surveys
1. Create survey, monitor responses, analyze results, and prepare client presentation
CRM Tool
1. Input data / information
2. Monitor tool for compliance

Essential:
1. Associates degree
2. 3 + years knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience
3. Knowledge of business analysis and financial acumen
4. Proficient with the Internet, Windows and MS Office products; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
5.Communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
6. Ability to work virtual or onsite
7. Ability to travel on regular basis 1 – 25%
Preferred:
1. College/ University degree
2. Quality/Account management methodology experience
3. Customer Service experience
4. Experience with CRM tools
5. Knowledge of project management
6. Thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers
7. Knowledge of BCD Travel Products and Services
