Title: PROCUREMENT/COMMODITY MANAGER

Location: Foshan

We are looking for a dedicated PROCUREMENT/COMMODITY MANAGER to take ownership of a specific purchasing area and drive strategic procurement initiatives to optimize costs and enhance supplier relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting suppliers capable of providing assigned commodities at the lowest cost while ensuring the highest service levels. She/He will also develop and propose purchasing strategies tailored to the assigned commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Select suppliers for all assigned materials to meet the requirements of relevant business units；

2. Monitor various markets continuously and leverage the Global Sourcing Sector to formulate supply policies for the assigned products；

3. Contribute to defining the budget for the designated purchasing area and ensure its effective implementation upon approval；

4. Lead negotiations with suppliers, establish reference contracts (including long-term agreements) to secure materials under the most favorable economic conditions and in adherence to quality standards, while balancing the needs of individual facilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred；

2. Proven experience in strategic procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation；

3. Strong analytical skills and market knowledge to drive cost-effective procurement decisions；

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective supplier relationships；

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve procurement goals；

6. Proficiency in procurement tools and systems for data analysis and reporting；

7. Knowledge of global sourcing practices and supply chain management principles；

8. Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
