Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire E-commerce business to ensure sustainable and profitable growth, including Tmall, JD, Tiktok and so on.
2. Establish annual targets and profit and loss management plans.
3. Set KPIs and incentives for partners to drive performance.
4. Manage operations with distributors, including account management, design, customer service, and supply chain coordination.
5. Develop new customer relationships and sales channels to enhance business growth.
6. Establish pricing guidance and management strategies with online and offline partners.
7. Analyze industry trends and insights to inform business decisions.
8. Negotiate with clients for various resources and support.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with different platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce management, with a proven track record of success.
3. Proficient in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Expertise in managing and optimizing sales channels across multiple platforms, particularly Tmall.
6. Experience in working with distributors, KOLs, and online partners.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
