Our client is a tier 1 PE which cooperates with worldwide business le*aders to help them grow their business globally. Currently looking for an recruiter with solid experiences in PEVC recruitment and in-depth knowledge in talent trend of financial services industry.
Job description:
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of recruitment objectives with business needs and influence to facilitate the achievement of recruitment assignments.
- Produce insight-driven mapping report on Global PE & VC talent trend.
- Support key recruitment demands in investment-related assignments.
- Manage mapping projects and play an individual role in recruitment search & selection process to ensure successful delivery, offer management, and candidate onboard.
- Demonstrate deep expertise related to investment talent sourcing and implementation of be*st practices in the industry.
Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required, major in human resources or business management is preferred.
- 3-5 years’ working experience in financial services industry recruitment, either from inhouse or le*ading headhunting firms. PE/VC recruitment background is preferred.
- Be able to independently complete recruitment cycle.
- Good English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Deliver on time and proactive to collect feedback.
*The role will start from a 1-year contract with high potential to permanent headcount.
