Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
● Providing HR operational support on New Hire pre-onboarding & on boarding process. Including relevant document & data collection to meet local compliance requirement. Maintain E-p file management for HR records.
● Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and relevant document prior to start date. Ensure contract, Albemarle Policies are communicated to candidates for Day 1 and signature received.
● To engage and coordinate onboarding contributions for each new employee as per Albemarle onboarding process.
● Ensure accurate benefits and compensation enrolment from Day 1.
● Overseeing the overall onboarding/ off barding process and assist in the development of accordingly guides and procedures.
● Providing operational support on employee termination per Albemarle off boarding process.
● Prepare HR communications and general correspondence as required
● Manage activities in systems/applications, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow with accuracy.
● Process employee related transactions in the systems of records, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and other systems of records if required
● Responsible for meeting and exceeding SLA expectations set throughout the process.
● Lead local effort to continue improve employee experience by working with global or regional project team.
● Provide local presence in Implementing and supporting local HR programs and policies as required.
Requirements :
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Good understanding and experience in a similar role
Good understanding of employee life cycle process from on boarding to termination .
Detail orientation and result driven
Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrating strong communicating and coordinating skill.
Strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
Demonstrating the flexibility to re-prioritize and adapt quickly when needed
Maintain a high level of confidentiality by keeping sensitive information secure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications.
Workday, Service Now experience is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication in English.
