Responsibilities：
The main activities can be resumed as followed:

- Influence positively the various stakeholders with regards to HSE.

- Prepare operation programs, VS installation, well intervention, etc.

- Follow up operations activities, contribute to the operation efficiency monitoring.

- Take part in R&D projects and propose technological innovations as well as REX.

- Maintain the operation follow-up database.

- Produce the technical and operational reporting.

- Produce postmortem reports to continuously improve on safety, integrity, cost, performance.

- Participate in preparing the various CFT documents and contract writing.

- Participate in cost control and cost follow-up for drilling related services.

- Liaise with other SSOC entities (GSR, Production, Logistics) and obtain information or services needed for rigless operations.

- When requested, liaise with HQ on technical expert subjects.

- Ensure work program, objectives, ambitions, limits, etc, are passed on to the contractors.

- Ensure equipment, studies, services are delivered on time by the contractors.

- Ensure a proper transfer of knowledge to both TEPC Secondees, PCOC secondees and Contractors.

Qualifications：
- 10 years’ experience in Well intervention Engineering and / or Operations.

- A good autonomy to face any technical issue while being disconnected from TotalEnergies expertise.

- A positive, assertive, adaptative and resilient personality to work in a lonely environment.

- Interpersonal skill to deal with both a multicultural and a multibackground organization.

- Influencing and diplomatic skills to win decision in a win-win approach.

- Engineering degree with ability to analyze problems, rank them and present / promote new ideas.

- Fluent in English (Bright Test 3 mini or equivalent).

- Conversant with Power Point, Database management, CMS management.
