任职要求：
1.2年C++开发经验
2.3年以上Android应用程序/服务开发经验，对android框架有扎实的背景。
3.1年以上团队管理经验
4.1 有一年以上技术领导经验者优先。
5.具有扎实的编码能力。
6.熟悉音频应用开发。
7.熟悉android音频/usb框架。
8.具有进行测试驱动开发的能力。
9.对各个级别的测试活动有良好的判断力。
10.具有良好的软件设计和性能调优意识。
11.对CI/CD有良好的判断力。

Senior Software Development
Major Responsibilities
.As an expert developer, you are responsible for the developing infotainment functions based on Android Automotive Embedded in a cross-functional feature team. They lay the foundation for a new infotainment generation and new ways of working in development.
.Work with other developers to implement the features based on the product requirement (from Product Owner).
.Design the user interface of the functions together with the colleagues of UI/UX.
.Do code reviews in team with other developers - if you want to do pairing.
.Ensure the product is ready for use at the end of each sprint using suitable test automation.
.Be one of the following roles (beside SW development): principal engineer, architect, and partner interface. As a principal engineer, you share expertise and insights with other engineers, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. As an architect, you make high-level design choices based on your programming experience. As a partner interface, you are the technical interface with other teams or partners/suppliers, and you lead the technical solution discussions with them, to ensure the quality and efficiency of the technical information/solution exchange.

Education / Degree:
.Master Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.  
.Knowledge / Skills /Competences Proficiency required for the Position
.Substantial knowledge and experience in Android software development. Very good at object orientated software development, Java and/or Kotlin programming. Expert
.Good English skills, additional knowledge of German is an advantage.  
.Familiar with project lifecycles and software processes (both functional and non-functional requirement analysis, system design / architecture, implementation, configuration/build management, testing/integration, user acceptance testing, roll-out, maintenance). Expert
.Good understanding of software-/system architecture and system design. Expert
.Capable of working in a dynamic and challenging environment. Expert
.SW development process experience. Expert
.Software development and delivery in medium and large projects.
