Be responsible for the level 3&4 new project introduction in the factory till ramp up after release.
Be the interface of the factory towards the external project manager for level 3&4 project.
Take lead of the project in the factory side and work with cross function members to do the following things but not limited to:
Make project schedule
Coordinate sample build & delivery
Lead the project phase gate review
Change management within project
Capacity plan
Risk management
Investment evaluation/budget control
Process development to achieve optimum cost
Decide manufacturing site
Hold regular project meeting, drive and follow up the open issues/actions
Project document management
Take lead new capability development for the new project.
Big change (impact 3F) management for the released part.
Take lead the PPAP preparation if needed.
Other works assigned by manager (e.g. some level 2 projects).
