The Opportunity:

We are now seeking talented TRADE UNION OFFICER to join us to take care staff benefit related affairs, so that our staff can have more engagement

What you’ll do:

The job holder will have to perform the following duties in TRADE UOIN to delivery and take care HTC staff benefit related affairs:

• Fully support TU to implement and advocate company strategy in People pillar

• Support TU daily operation tasks (e.g. TU financial processes, Expense reimbursement, Travel logistics, TU audit, Staff Caring, Staff Welfare events, etc ), coordinate the issues and communicate among TU committee

• Support all TU grand events in company level (e.g. HTC Annual Party, HTC Sport Day, HTC 1024 Programmers' Festival, Chinese New Year Opening, Cross Entity Activities…etc)

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level

• Strong problem solving skills and communication skills

• Good patient to respond the questions or feedback from staffs and TU committees

• Fast to adapt to English working environment

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative

• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

• Proficient to facilitate staff event or activities.
What additional skills will be good to have?

•Good artistic design skill.

•Good written skill in Chinese and English.
