Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams within the Scrum framework, ensuring team members understand and adhere to Scrum principles.
2. Coaching and Training:
- Provide Scrum and Agile methodology training for team members, encouraging and supporting continuous improvement and learning.
3. Obstacle Removal:
- Identify and proactively resolve issues and obstacles that impact the team's progress, ensuring efficient completion of work.
4. Facilitate Communication:
- Foster communication within and outside the team, ensuring effective exchange of information among team members.
5. Develop and Maintain Product Backlog:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear visibility of product requirements to the team.
6. Organize and Facilitate Scrum Meetings:
- Organize and facilitate Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring the effectiveness of these meetings.
7. Monitor Team Progress:
- Monitor the team's progress during sprints, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time.
8. Promote Team Self-Organization:
- Support team self-organization, encouraging team members to proactively solve problems and make decisions.
9. Risk Management:
- Identify and manage project risks, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, enhancing efficiency and quality through feedback and metrics.


Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum teams, Scrum Master certification is a plus.
3. Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-Solving Ability:
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, quickly identifying and eliminating obstacles faced by the team.
5. Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Work in a rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to quickly adjust priorities.
6. Coaching Skills:
- Ability to serve as a Scrum coach, helping the team understand and adopt Agile development practices.
