Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain AI machine models to help pharmaceutical representatives find corresponding doctors in this AI business analysis engine.
2. Through data modeling, analyze and predict the timing of patient discontinuation, and the company can intervene.
3. Establish interaction between MSL and doctors through data modeling.
4. Develop a pricing system for market access through data modeling.
5. Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
6. Optimize scalable and efficient data pipelines and data processing workflows to handle large volumes of data for model training and inference.
7. Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability in a production environment.
8. Continuously monitor model performance, identify areas of improvement, and proactively propose and implement model optimization techniques.
9. Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements:
1. Education background in computer science, statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines, and must be proficient in Python programming. Fluent in English and must have work experience in Data Science + Machine Learning. NLP natural language processing ability.
2. Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production systems.
3.Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
4. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
5. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with limited guidance.
