Main Responsibilities:

• Problem management: awareness of major open topics for each powertrain control unit (four ECUs), progress, status, and priorities.

• Able to discuss technical content and agree with suppliers on deadlines based on project requirements.

• Create and present status reports when needed.

• Support with maturity planning topics (collect information, align on deviations, report, etc.)

• Support with software logistics and I-step preparation (collect logistics information, ensure all require information is available, support with Q/A)

• Support with ensuring the delivery of all I-step milestones à make sure logistics and reports are correct, and all artifacts are delivered.


Requirements:

• Fluent Chinese and English in both written and oral communication.

• Friendly personality but also able to challenge during discussions.

• Physical location in Beijing.

• Technical studies in engineering, computer science, math, physics or similar.

• Experience with electrical powertrain and software development.
