1. Assistant to prepare all tax compliance filings (VAT CIT Stamp duty Consumption duty) on monthly/quarterly/yearly.
2. Manage local vendor with respect to China FDEI process, VAT reconciliation etc.
3. Be responsible for the Fapiao management.
4. Monitor and check compliance of invoice issuing from retail BTQ.
5. Arrange withholding tax declaration for relevant outbound payments on weekly.
6. Prepare and collecting outbound payment report according to Customs requirement.
7. Effectively communication and liaise with the in-charge tax officials for tax related topics and be the contact window for tax authority and all branches office tax agency.
8. Appointed report and paperwork maintenance is up to date.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance.
2. Several years of qualified tax experience, experience with luxurious brand is a plus.
3. Strong coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Capable of working independently, comfortable working in a fast-paced, good sense of efficiency and teamwork.
5. Able to withstand a certain pressure.
6. Can write in English.
