Allowance

· 250 RMB per attendance day

Reporting line

· Report to the mentor and also work for other fee earners as assigned

Job responsibilities

· Conduct research, make analysis and draft memo to summarize the research findings

· Communicate with the tax authorities or Customs offices for tax assessment cases

· Assist in drafting advisory memos or reports under the instructions of seniors

· Support in conducting tax due diligence and tax health check if necessary

· Draft tax newsletters and keep track of the regulation updates

· Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

· Candidate of Third year undergraduate or graduate degree from First or Second year

· No restriction on majors, but major in finance and economics is a plus

· Excellent (written and spoken) English language skills are the must

· Consider choosing tax consulting and tax-driven business advisory as a future career

· Excellent analytical and drafting abilities

· Ability to work independently and efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Team orientation, strong motivation and eager to learn

· Self-responsible and disciplined

Attendance

· Can work at least three to four days per week

· Register for attendance at reception every time coming to the office

· Inform the mentor and HR one week in advance in case of changing work schedule

· Report to the mentor and HR no later than 10.00 am in case of absence in emergency
