Tianan gas monitoring system OE-GM650-EX, independently innovated and developed by Oiler, is the 3rd-Generation Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) technology. Tianan’s core parameters and technological innovation have noticeable advantages in Chinese and international markets, and they have been successfully tested and certified by authoritative organizations in the relevant fields. Presently, OILER is headquartered in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, and has staffs in Ningbo, Beijing, Houston and Silicon Valley. As Oiler expands, we are looking for a great leader to drive our growth in North America through building up a compelling team and expanding the business. As a general manager, your primary responsibility is to clarify the context of the methane leak monitoring market, as well as to successfully accomplish the sales goals of Tianan gas monitoring system OE-GM650-EX facing oil & gas customers in North America.

你的工作内容：
公司管理：与总部管理层拉通子公司发展目标、策略和路径。擅长组建最小化团队，负责公司的日常管理与经营。
拓展市场：挖掘甲烷泄漏量化监测市场的需求，建立和维护客户及合作伙伴关系。利用公司现有的核心产品实现销售目标，同时将市场反馈积极、准确传递给母公司，以支持更好地产品迭代。
交付项目：实现从销售线索、销售合同到实施部署交付、回款的（Lead to Cash）全商务流程管控与落地，建立品牌口碑。

Job content:
Team Management: To set up the goals, strategies and paths along with the management team from the headquarter. The ideal candidate should thrive in building up the minimum formation of the team, and be responsible for the daily management and operation of the company.
Market expansion: To explore the demand of methane leakage quantitative monitoring market; to build up and maintain the relationships of customer and partnerships. The successful candidate should possess the strong ability to achieve sales targets, while delivering the accurate market feedback to the headquarter for better product iteration.
Project delivery: To realize the control, management and implementation of the whole business process from Lead to Cash, including sales leads, sales contracts, deployment, delivery, and payment collection. Meanwhile, to establish Oiler’s brand reputation in North America.

对你的要求：
了解美国能源部、环保署等部门与甲烷排放监测相关的政策和监管要求。了解市场动态和同类竞品，敏锐的商机洞察能力，能提出有效市场拓展策略并高效执行。
本科以上学历，3年以上公司运营管理经验。在石油天然气行业有一定的人脉资源或合作关系积累。有成功商业案例者优先。
对工作积极热忱，富有责任心，抗压能力强，能够按业务发展需求出差，具备良好的成本管控意识。能与其他聪明的伙伴一起高效率的共事。

Job requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team with expertise in understanding policies and regulatory requirements related to methane emission monitoring from the U.S. Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency and other related departments. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of market dynamics & competitors, demonstrate sharp business acumen, as well as be responsible for formulating effective market expansion strategies and ensuring staff’s efficient execution.
Requirements for this role include a bachelor's degree or higher, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in company operations and management. Preferred qualifications include a network of connections or established partnerships in the oil&gas industry, and candidates with successful business cases will be given priority.
