As an Allied Product Manager (Great China), you’ll be an allied product expert focus on product portfolio development, driving the new allied product launches, coordinating between technical team, marketing and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
? Translate allied product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
? Promote allied product launches including working with marketing, S&T, and technical team and external partners.
? Work with technical teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and resources. Coordinate with S&T to set up product code and Expert code, to get testing report and tech approval on new products, to build TDS/COA/MSDS database; Coordinate with Supply Chain team to ensure the best time on product PIPO.
? Be an allied product promoter to build awareness and understanding – draft the marketing contents on product performance and introduction; coordinate with marketing team and third-party suppliers to work on package design, communication artwork and promotional kits. Update price list, order form and new products introduction slides in time.
? Draft the routine allied product promotional plan (China region) and coordinate with CE, marketing and CS team to make sure rebate and gift delivery.
? Visit customers occasionally to solicit feedback on allied products. Provide suggestion on allied product portfolio improvement.
Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in allied product management or as an associate product manager/product specialist
? 5+ years of experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
? Hands-on experience in product development and communication.
? Independently work skill.
? Cross-function collaboration and conflict management capability.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English).
