职责描述：
1、Lead and establish the Lean Six Sigma implementation strategy, resource requirements and performance metrics. Develop the overall continuous improvement strategy for China business in alignment with companywide strategy.
2、Chair the China Continuous Improvement Steering Committee. Develop, standardize and track KPIs, best operational practices and root cause analysis. Identifies, evaluates and presents projects aligned with the operating or strategic agendas.
3、Manage/support with sites savings targets for continuous improvement efforts. While the savings will be rolled into the individual site savings to report and claim, this role will share direct responsibility for achieving these targets.
4、Provide leadership and support to team on continuous improvement systems implementations such as Ingredion Performance System.
5、Coordinate with corporate CI Learning & Customer Engagement on group training, processes, tools and reporting activities.

任职要求：
1、Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations, technical, or a business role.
2、Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt .
3、Knowledge of Starch processing is a plus.
4、Capable of learning, leading and sponsoring a data oriented environment with an emphasis on statistics, process improvement, and data analysis.
5、Strong project management, presentation, communication and coaching skills.
6、Experienced manager with a track record of developing diverse talent.
7、Fluency in English and Mandarin
8、Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across functions and at all levels of the business
9、Strong analytical skills, including the ability to draw insights from data, make data-based decisions, and create a solid business case for recommended actions.
10、Strong negotiation skills, with ability to influence key decision makers.
11、Demonstrated ability to be a change agent.
