Overall Responsibility:
The EA Procurement Associate Director for Greater China (GC) is a strategic position and is a trusted advisor, problem solver and coach to all GC procurement managers, account procurement people, EA Account FM people and procurement champions in respect to procurement deliverables. This position does have a team but will be also expected to deliver against the strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Successful delivery of the bids, transition and operate pipeline
• Execute the procurement strategy to meet / exceed country procurement deliverables
• Support the growth and success of the Procurement As A Service spoke in Greater China
• Ownership of supplier partnership program including, but not limited to innovation, relationship management
• Strong partnerships with the key stakeholder in GC including participation in the GC Business Review sessions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with BTO, other country procurement team and collaborate for the benefit of the account across APAC
• On occasion participate in global workshops and transformation
• Collaborate with existing account teams including account procurement to drive standardization, leverage best practices, tools, technology, data, programs, and resources
• Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks in all procurement related activities
• Provide training, tools, templates and resources to all stake holders (incl. procurement champions) to increase knowledge and adoption of procurement solutions

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
