Main Accountabilities:
-      Technical sales: Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team
-      Accountable for order intake (together with sales and global product management)
-      Building complex electrical integration design within the scope of motors and drives, energy storage, protections and upper level control systems
-      Manage and prioritize the feature and customer case in collaboration with global product management
-      Trainings for customer and local sales and local engineering
-      Customer application support during commissioning and vehicle type test phase (remote and onsite)
-      Collect customer feedbacks for the China eMobility market (off road and mining vehicles) in close cooperation with global product management.
-      Consolidate the customer needs and identify product upgrades in close cooperation with global product management and R&D
-      Analysis of the market, competitors, customers, and their interaction
-      Specify and maintain engineering tools (power user)

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

* Deep technical understanding of electric drive trains (power electronics, motors)
* Drives and converter application engineering experience
* Vehicle integration knowledge. Experience with Can J1939 communication would be a plus
* Innovative Technical approaches and proven in seeking and demand creation in competitive markets
* eMobility/Transportation market knowledge and technical understanding of Traction control systems
* Demonstrated Leadership ability
* Negotiation skills and strategic thinking
* Strong team player: Able to deal with complex topics within international cross functional teams
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to listen and interpret real customer needs
* Balanced and agile behavioral competencies
* BS in Electrical Eng
* 8+ years Electrical Engineering (Power electronics or motors) and related Technical Sales experience with a track record of successful performance.
* eMobility/Transport industry experience preferred
* Estimate up to 50% travel depending on base location
* 3-Month short term assignment for training in Europe when necessary
* Fluent English
