Responsibilities岗位职责:
？ Responsible for the crash model building, checking, debugging, calculation and report writing. 负责模型建立，检查，调试计算，输出报告。
？ Responsible for finding the root cause and solutions, and then propose improvements to the design solutions. 负责查找问题根源，提供解决方案，并推进设计部门方案实施。
？ Manage and tracking Safety CAE issues. 管理跟踪CAE问题清单。
？ Participate in the crash test and tearing down vehicle. 参与整车碰撞试验和拆车。
？ Responsible for correlating CAE model based on crash test. 基于碰撞试验，完成仿真模型对标工作。
？ Assure deliverable quality and timing. 确保交付物质量并按时完成。
？ Follow PT vehicle and take part in sign-off, check PT vehicle, find out issues that affect crash test.
跟踪车辆试制，签收，查找影响碰撞的问题点。
？ Compile and update Safety CAE simulation guide book. 编制更新碰撞仿真指导书。
任职要求
Requirements任职要求:
？ Bachelor degree, majored in Automotive engineering or related. 本科及以上学历，汽车工程相关专业。
？ Safety CAE experience over 2 years. 仿真经验超过2年。
？ Familiar with safety development process. 熟悉整车开发流程。
？ Familiar with CNCAP and regulations. 熟悉CNCAP及相关安全法规。
？ Excellent applied software experience in ANSA, HYPERWORKS, PRIMER and LS-DYNA, preferred. 擅长使用ANSA, HYPERWORKS, PRIMER and LS-DYNA。
？ Fluent English both writing and speaking.　熟练的英语口语和书写能力。
？ Good skill on communication and team work. 善于沟通及团队合作。
？ Be willing on business trip if project need.　因项目需要可接受出差。
