Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Analyze system users' concerns, requirements, and requests for system features and uses, and make appropriate recommendations.
2.Identify, recommend, and implement applications, modifications, and enhancements to existing systems to meet user needs.
3.Support, maintain, and troubleshoot system issues post go-live, including hardware, software, and user access problems.
4.Evaluate and recommend the most suitable business system solutions.
5.Design, document, and specify detailed business systems using common modeling techniques, and develop documentation for end-users on new systems and applications.
6.Willingness to take on projects and other assignments as directed by management.
Required Job Specifications:
1.Required qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in the field of information systems, computer science, or another relevant field.
2.Experience in developing applications, including server-side coding using languages such as Java or .Net, and client-side coding using common languages such as HTML, JS, CSS.
3.Experience in working with relational databases and complex queries (e.g., Oracle BI tools, Microsoft SQL Server).
4.Experience in module development in either Kingdee's Cangqiong platform or the Weaver OA system would be a significant advantage.
Required Job Competencies:
1.Good communication skills in English (speaking, writing, reading) are mandatory.
2.Knowledge and understanding of project management methodology.
