Responsibilities:

1. Application Management:
- Oversee the functionality and performance of software applications related to the service repair process, including SAP and custom solutions.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements.
2. Issue Resolution and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely support to end-users.
- Triage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize disruptions.
3. Requirements Gathering and Alignment:
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to the service process.
- Work closely with global teams to align regional needs with overarching organizational goals.
4. System Testing and Documentation:
- Conduct thorough testing of system updates and releases to ensure functionality and usability.
- Develop comprehensive user documentation and training materials to facilitate efficient application usage.
5. Create SAP Classes and Associated BRO Rules:
- Develop and implement SAP classes and associated Business Rule Framework (BRO) rules, to facilitate automation of manufacturing processes.
6. Gain Product Knowledge and Understanding of Manufacturing Methods:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the organization, as well as understanding manufacturing methods and processes.
- Utilize this knowledge to provide effective support for related processes and systems, including parts repair and service operations.
7. User Training and Engagement:
- Conduct user training sessions to onboard new users and provide ongoing support to enhance user proficiency.
- Foster user engagement by promoting best practices and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Utilization of SAP Fiori Apps and Repair Reports:
- Manage the effective utilization of SAP Fiori apps and repair reports, ensuring alignment with the service process.
- Provide guidance and support to users accessing these tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in application support or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or service-oriented setting.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and IT troubleshooting, with proficiency in SQL being an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace new processes and tools.
- Fluency in English is a must; international travel of approximately 10-15% may be required.
