Job Purpose:
As the Digital Clienteling Manager - Omni channel at Lane Crawford, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online client engagement strategies, with a focus on identifying high-value digital clients, implementing retention plans, and orchestrating offline e-clienteling events to provide exceptional luxury experiences.
Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Online & Omnichannel Client Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to profile and identify high-value digital clients in the Mainland market.
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment and target clients effectively.
- Build up a clear omnichannel consumer journey strategies through CRM data and solid understanding of luxury customer behaviour and digital landscape in Mainland market.
Recruiting and Retention Plan for Digital Clients :
- Develop and execute client recruiting and retention strategies to engage high-value digital clients.
- Leverage e-clienteling tools and programs to enhance client relationships and drive loyalty.
- Plan and organize offline e-clienteling events to provide luxury experiences and services to online clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and generate revenue.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of clienteling initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Retail, Marketing, CRM, Buying, Merchandising, and Retail teams to align clienteling initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in digital, ecommerce, CRM, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in clienteling, CRM, or digital marketing, preferably in luxury or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of ML ecommerce platforms, eclienteling tools, CRM analytics and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality luxury experience.
• Passion in fashion industry.
• Client-oriented mind set.
