岗位职责：
1. 负责药物研发和生物学研究团队的组建、管理和培训，确保团队高效运作，实现研发目标；
2. 主导药物研发和生物学研究项目的策划、实施和数据分析，确保研究结果的准确性和可靠性；
3. 与其他部门紧密合作，确保药物研发和生物学研究与临床试验、药物注册等环节的顺畅衔接；
4. 跟踪国内外药物研发和生物学领域的最新研究进展，为公司研发战略提供有力支持；
任职要求：
1. 生物学、药理学、医学等相关专业博士及以上学历，具备丰富的药物研发和生物学研究经验；
2. 肝病领域的工作经验，熟悉动物模型的建立，动物试验的经验，体内体外的经验。
3. 5年以上相关领域管理经验，具备优秀的团队管理和组织协调能力；
4. 对药物研发和生物学领域有浓厚的兴趣，具备较强的学习能力和创新能力；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承担工作压力，具备高度的责任心和敬业精神；
6. 优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文文献和撰写英文报告。
