工作职责描述/ Job Responsibility & Duties:

1) Creating creative team culture and promoting the creation of patents, inventions in ring spinning engineering. 建立有创造力的团队文化并且促进环锭纺纺纱工程的专利和发明创造。
2) Coach team members to fully develop their potential 指导团队成员以充分发挥他们的潜能。
3) Ensure the teams work quality (such as drawings, CAD data, reports, measurements) is on the highest level 保证团队的工作成果的最高质量（例如图纸、CAD数据、报告、尺寸等）
4) Conduct RD projects according to the global produce and project roadmap and product managers requirements 根据全球的产品和项目路径图和产品经理的要求来引导RD项目。
5) Support Global Ring RD Director to establish the strategy according to company strategy
根据公司战略来支持全球Ring研发总监制定研发战略。
6) Support all supporting function members (QM, CS, GS, ISC, PSD, …) in terms of technical questions为所有职能组成员（质量部、客服部、全球采购、供应链、生产支持等部门）提供技术支持。
7) Leading the team for all engineering topics to reach time, quality and cost targets of the projects 在项目上，带领团队完成研发任务，并达到时间、质量和成本的目标。
8) Follow the SIP (Saurer Innovation Process) 执行卓郎创新流程。
9) Follow and ensure the team follows the project plan of the project manager, approved by the management in the PMM. 执行并保证自己的团队执行项目经理制定的，并得到管理层批准的项目计划。
10) Support all team members to reach the cost targets 支持所有的团队成员以达成成本目标。
11) Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 直接上级指派的任何任务。
12) 履行HSE职责，遵守HSE规定；Fulfill HSE responsibility, comply with all HSE rules.

任职资质 / Job Requirement：

1）本科以上学历； Bachelor or above
机械设计相关专业 Majored in Mechanical Design or related field
2）至少八年相关工作经验或背景，有一定的管理经验或经过管理培训
At least 8 years working experience or related background and have the experience of
management or got the training of management
3）能够熟练运用Autocad, Solidworks；良好的沟通、协调和组织能力；良好的英语表达能力
Can use Autocad, Solidworks; Good communications and organizable skills; Good English

4）勤奋、开朗、积极主动
Diligence, Open Mind, Positive
