职责描述：
• Translates market insights into successful value propositions that meet the future needs of customers (consumers, professionals, retail)
• Finds ways to understand the technology roadmaps of suppliers, partners and competitors, sees the opportunities for own product roadmap
• Drives the offer development and innovation process
• Provides integrated management of the whole product portfolio throughout product life cycle, maintains differentiation and mitigates cannibalization, fits product features with market needs
• Proactively manages pricing across portfolio to identify areas for improvement to drive growth, studies competitor prices
• Develops product launch plans, processes and measures to ensure fast and effective delivery, develops the product packages, user manuals and other relative marketing materials, takes action to ensure that objectives are met
• Build formal or informal cross functional teams to ensure full engagement and input
• Delivers and oversees go-to-market roadmap ensuring maximum impact from key marketing/sales levers across multiple markets, segments and products
• Monitors performance of new products after launch and other measures to inform and adjust future execution
• Creates and monitors new information-sharing vehicles to ensure new insights are disseminated and leveraged
• Attend marketing activities. including the E Activity, training, small training, customers visiting

• 积极管理各个产品系列的定价，找到驱动增长的待改进的地方，研究竞争对手价格
• 准备产品发布计划、程序和方法，确保快速有效地推向市场，设计包装、用户手册和其它相关市场资料，行动从而确保目标实现
• 建立跨部门交流，确保投入和参与
• 提供并管理进入市场路线图，确保不同市场、细分和产品的主要营销/销售工具效果最大化
• 监控新产品发布后的表现，并为未来的执行做调整
• 参加E活动、培训、客户拜访等市场相关活动


任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred, Audiology or related field of education preferred
• No less than 5 years in offer or product management. Demonstrable passion for using customer and competitor insights to drive growth. Ability for independent, innovative and proactive work
• Electronic consumer products experiences
• Good command in English for both oral and written
• Highly skilled in computer applications
• 大学本科或以上学历， MBA优先，听力学专业优先
• 不少于5年方案或产品管理经验
• 有电子消费产品工作经验；
• 熟练的英语书面及口语能力；
• 良好的计算机运用能力。
