As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Convergint in Asia Pacific (APAC), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketing initiatives across the region. Working closely with the APAC Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you will contribute to the development, execution, and tracking of digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels. This dynamic role offers real opportunities for growth and development within an expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Development
• Plan and manage the APAC content calendar.
• Work with key colleagues across regions and departments to generate topical and diverse content in line with Convergint’s brand image and tone of voice.
• Inform, connect, and inspire audiences to create compelling messaging and narratives using diversified content types.
• Support regional marketing specialists in creating region-specific content.

Strategic Social Optimisation
• Optimise Convergint APAC LinkedIn and WeChat platforms by actively monitoring, exploring, and implementing best practices and new trends; whilst ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on these platforms.
• Generate quarterly reports and analysis, use findings to improve content and strategies, and share the insight with the marketing team.

Company Website Management
• Develop, maintain, and improve APAC-related webpages on the global site, Chinese website, and APAC Careers website.
• Keep content on APAC pages and Chinese website current and relevant.
• Support regional marketing specialists in building localised sites/pages.
• Conduct quarterly website performance reports using Google Analytics and Baidu Tongji, sharing insights with the marketing team.
• Ensure strong SEO on Google and Baidu for Convergint website in APAC.

Paid Advertising
• Lead and execute paid advertising campaigns on Baidu search Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and technical teams to develop impactful Ads, including creating landing pages, crafting compelling ad copies, conducting keyword research, and implementing continuous optimization strategies.
• Work closely with vendors or agencies to enhance the performance and effectiveness of paid campaigns.
• Regularly analyse and report on the performance of paid advertising initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid advertising, implementing innovative approaches to maximise results.

General
• Monitor competitors, marketing trends, and continuously seek ways to improve digital channels and content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to determine the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage the overall digital presence to promote services, culture, capabilities, technology, and more.
• Constantly seek ways to encourage deeper colleague involvement.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team as needed.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed and constantly seek ways to improve and increase the marketing department’s influence and Convergint brand awareness.

Requirements
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with 2+ years focused on digital marketing.
• Experience in the security or audio-visual industry or other technical industry a plus.
• Solid knowledge of utilising LinkedIn and WeChat for B2B marketing, with proven results from previous experience.
• Familiar with web management tools like WordPress and optimisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yoast SEO).
• Proficient in social media management, with an additional advantage if familiar with tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and continuous optimisation.
• Interested in technology and advanced in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills in near-native English and native Mandarin.
• Strong ability to write compelling copy.
• International mindset, demonstrating sensitivity to cross-cultural differences and enthusiasm for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Great attention to detail, excellent project management skills and with the ability to balance several initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to independently solve issues and handle queries, coupled with effective teamwork across regions and departments.
• Up to date on the latest marketing trends, with a willingness to propose and explore new ideas.
• A fast learner, curious, driven to try new things and take on challenges.
