Responsibility:
1. Objective: Source and manage procurement of indirect goods/materials or services, such as cooperate service (travel, office supplies, rent, hotel etc...); Logistics （domestic & International Transportation, 3PL etc…）;Marketing service (design & printing, meeting planning and event management etc...);
2. S2P management: Make sure the sourcing activities are on time and meet the 5R, handle the entire sourcing to pay process;
3. Supplier Management:
Establishes long term improvement initiatives with suppliers through identifying mutual beneficial ideas;
Sets up benchmarks for quality and service levels;
Improves the supplier relationship through creative ideas and concepts;
4. Cost Management: Control the cost; meet the company target for the cost reduction.
Profile:

1. Bachelor degree in business or related field of study required and at least 5 years of experience in purchasing;
2. Foreign company working background is preferred; Adapt to work under the link of transnational cooperation;
3. Ability to work independently;
4. Be familiar with SoX requirements;
5. Highly skilled at MS office and SAP system;
6. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as negotiation skill
7. Strong communication skills dealing with cross functional team;
8. Ability to manage projects;
9. Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective purchasing cost management.
